Default TCM location on A6 2.7T

Does anyone have pics of where the TCM is located in a 2002 A6 2.7T?
Or can anyone tell me if I must remove the passenger side seat..

Remove the RH seat, rear seat bottom, and plastic trim holding the right side carpet down, unbolt the seatbelt from the floor, and the carpet will pull up easily. Transmission computer is in a plastic box under the carpet there.

I didn't on my A4, but I haven't done it on my A6.. I think if it's in the same place as the A4 (under where the passenger's feet go), you can remove the door sill trim, and roll the carpet back from the footwell back towards the seat. At least that's what I did with my A4.

I think it is better to remove the seat to access the TCM but I have removed the TCM with the passenger seat installed and pushed all the way to the rear and forcing the carpet upward.

I removed the TCM on my 2001 A6 2.7t without taking out the seat. Just took off some plastic trim and the door sill trim, then pulled back the carpet.

Is it under the seat or in front floor board, if its under the seat, how do you get the panel up
