Is there a maximum mileage after which you shouldn't change the tranny fluid?

About a week after the warranty is over I find a puddle of lovely pink liquid on the garage floor. My mechanic dropped the pan and sealed it and all has been well since.
Will I buy another Dodge? They now offer lifetime power train warranty. The twist is that the Dodge dealership is a mile from my house so my wife can get the car serviced without fuss. Fuss IS generated when I take it to my mechanic and then she has to put up with "that damn stick shift" all day...
The old 90 5-speed was easy, but reverse on the 6-speed is tricky if you aren't used to it.

This is 107K miles in the valve body with original fluid. The fresh fluid will loosen all this mud and it will block the orifices resulting slipping clutch.

Because of the incorrect gear ratio (input sensor signal-slipping clutch-output speed signal) the TCU will put the tranny into limp home mode regardless of rpm. Limp mode means full pressure on clutch A resulting cracked housing. We have a display cabinet in the shop. We stopped collecting cracked clutch A housings long time ago because there are too many of them. When I order parts from Slauson they always have reverse F piston and clutch A housing. And that was a simple fluid and filter change?
Not sure why the new fluid would stir up the debris when the old fluid wouldn't. Less resistence in the new filter caused better flow perhaps?

I had to change the filter/fluid on mine because the pump was whining, cavitating. It got quiet after the service, but drove like chit. the tranny failed 4K miles later. It is not a law, but almost

After all, my trans has 126k miles on it (and I have no idea if the fluid has ever been changed.) What good is an upgraded TC if the trans fails right away :P If all of that crap was contained in the valve body, I would just pick up the new VB at the same time.
