Is there a real performance gain for a Ground Wire kit or is it hype?

I have a bad O2 sensor, but it helped anyway. It had the same effect on my Z. Import Tuner still

I saw a feature about an 800 HP twin turbo Toyota. Amazing stuff.
It's easy to dismiss the ricer stuff as being illegitimate, but the true enthusiasts are really building sophisticated engines.
Of course, 350 HP surging through the front wheels of a Civic will have certain limitations!
