I believe there is just the one. You might also take it apart and make sure it is not unplugged, though highly unlikely. The fuse is one of the micro one.

i'm not sure if this will help, but for the C4 cars there WAS a 2nd fuse...
in addition to the one in the regular fuse block that was for the cigarette lighters ONLY. it was under the hood in an aux. fuse box at the rear driver's side firewall. i don't know how, if at all, this applies to the C5 cars, but it isn't a big leap to assume that if the '97 models thought this was a good idea, the '98s likely did also - and the rest of the C5 generation to follow. now - where WOULD they hide that box?! good luck. rob.
