Default Tie Rod End and Control Arms Boot

Hi,

I need an advise. As you can see in the image, Outer Tie rod end seems like giving up. It might still have some life in it but I was wondering if I leave it as it is, would there be an effect on the control arms. Control arms are expensive to change so i thought i should ask. I was planning on changing tie rod next summer.
Also,if you look at control arms boot. I am not sure, but to me looks like boots have lost their clamps. (boots are not torn apart). Does anyone ever change the boots of control arms? Should I get those changed as well? They are available online though so I was wondering, if they really help.

I see nothing wrong in that picture. I little leakage at the control arms is not a big deal. What is the problem with the tie rod?

Default Driver side

I replaced driver's side control arms and tie rod end and by looking at that passenger side ( first Picture above), tie rod end does not look the same. I also feel slight clunk on passenger side sometimes when I am on rough roads. Other than, Drive is smooth.

Tie rod ends are differen as i replaced one. They don't look the same means, driver's side ( new one) is straight up while passenger side (first picture) looks little bended.

That looks fine too. Find the clunk and replace the offending part.
