Tie rod ends failed after 3 months

Tie rod ends failed after 3 months
I just put in new tie rod ends and they failed again. I can't believe it these were supposed to be the new and improved ones as well. Audi front suspensions suck!!!

Warranty?? (plus... ALL cars have tie-rod ends.)
Did you do it yourself, or have a shop do it? If the latter the whole thing should be warranted. If DIY, at least the parts should be.
