Time for new brakes. Getting Stasis for front, what rotors should I get for rear?

car's brake bias as originally engineered. Rear pads with a similar coefficient should help maintain that bias and give you the best over-all braking performance.
As far as rear rotors are concerned, the S4/A6 4.2/S6 rear brakes (vented rotors) will work well, but you'll need the calipers, too...if you really want to go that far.
Read the "white papers" on StopTech's site...they'll explain much more about rear brakes and bias when you do a front/big-brake up-grade.
You should get stainless-steel braided teflon-coated brake lines all around, and better/matching rear pads at a minimum. That's what I've done with my StopTech front brakes. I use Pagid Blue pads on the rear as they work very well with the Axxis Ultima street front pads, and the Pagid Orange front pads for track events.
