Watch that PS pulley closely for cracks. It's been cycled TWICE past yield when you bent it and bent it back...I wouldn't be surprised if it fails.

Gotta laugh...yes, nothing slides after 10 years in place. Worse, the spring clamp may not hold it after 10 years when you put it back together, so watch for leaks and have a couple of worm gear hose clamps on hand and a couple gallons of coolant in the car for when something leaks.....ask me how I know this.

Fortunately John my Wifes 90 is parked right there with a pefect steel PS pulley if mine fails .. but seriously I warped it about a 16th .. which is a lot in my mind as it is about 1 pulley groove. Brought it back about the same so i hear ya !!

can you believe after doing the whole thing the totally bitchiest part of it was getting that coolant off for bleeding ? lol ..second was getting the rad hose off the block when I was trying to move the rad .. oh well ...I did have an extra pentofrost left over so as suggested will go in the trunk with my jubilee clips and a screwdriver ....

okay tonight is the headlight project before I put the bumper on ... now where is that sandpaper...
