Default All you need to do is the "Tip recode" discussed below, and get the TCU upgrade from GIAC
And stop whining so much ;-)

Didn't work on MY 03 AR but if it won't hurt to try. The module just won't take the code for you.

Default Never had the issue as mentioned in a) agree with you on b) but doesn't bug me...
I actually like the fact that it holds until over 3000 rpm. c) & d) welcome to Audi. To fixt this recode to 00032 as mentioned. Makes a world of difference.

New Software (GIAC Tip Chip) is the next step after that.
