Center bolt? I would advise against that. It could be that the wheel is just stuck and if you kick it couple times in different places it should come off the hub assembly.

This is the collar bolt which holds your constant velocity joint in the hub. Do not touch it for the the procedure you are trying to conduct.

Sometimes the windshield reservoir tanks crack with time. They can be found on Ebay for cheap if that turns out to be what is wrong.

Thank you , the problem is that the lug nuts where not on very tight so that is why i though i better ask first.

yes it is the windsheild reservoir that is leaking but looks like pump seal on tank.

If whacking the tire with a big hammer doesn't free the wheel, you can usually break the corrosion between the wheel and the brake rotor/hub by doing this. Loosen the lug bolts/nuts and lower the car to the ground. Then drive the car back and forth a few feet and hit the brakes hard each time. Normally does the trick.

Then jack up each corner to remove the wheels. When replacing the wheels, it's a good idea to use anti-seize on the mating surfaces between the wheel and the rotor and around the hub.

dont worry, you can't :-) Not without a breaker bar, a pipe, and a rest.

alloy wheel is seized to the hub. Lie on your back and kick the bottom of the tire with the wheel off the ground. Or lower it, withy lug nuts off, very, very slowly and let the 1000 weight of that corner crack the corrosion.

Nothing holds the wheel on except those 5 lug nuts.
