Default Too many CEL codes!

My CEL doesn't seem to work any more, so when I took my car in for emissions, I was surprised to find out that I have 6 codes showing.

P0733
P1106
P0401
P1411
P0170
P0173

Are any of these codes related? The car runs ok, but on a very rare occasion has not shifted into 3rd, P0733 showing up I guess. When it did that the first time, maybe 6 months ago, I had the transmission fluid checked and it was supposed to be fine. At that same time I was told that they found a fairly important vacuum line that was unconnected, that would make my car run much smoother, and it did. It's only not shifted once since then but seems to be less smooth again. In the mean time I moved to a different state so I have a different mechanic now.

Clear the codes and see which ones, if any, pop up again.
No CEL generally means no problems but who knows.

I used to have a problem with the CEL going in and out if I hit large bumps in the road, so I'm guessing there is a problem with the wiring.
