Yes this happened in my hometown.
<center><img src="http://policejobs.com/img/police02.jpg"></center><p>It's an awkward sight - I drive down this same stretch of fwy every weekday. If that tank did not get caught on the center divide, things would have been very different for the northbound traffic.
