Default What's the whole story?

What was wrong & did you have to pay anything out of pocket?

Default Tranny reverse gear was slipping to the point of not really working at all....

then car started slipping in any gear, torque converter going bad, then tranny went limp mode, car couldn't get over 10 mph.

Tranny replaced under warranty. Car went in last Saturday am, got it back yesterday by noon. All I gotta say, is that it must have been slipping really badly for a while now, because the cars is getting power to the ground right off a light, very very strongly. Much more so then before. I'm lovin it.

Noticed in your list of mods you had done the tip code 32. Did you revert the code back to stock prior to having the vehicle serviced?

Default Nope, code 00032 only provides "sport" mode which is current on new models....

as noted by the "S" by the tranny lever. Code '32' does nothing as far as warranty purposes go.

It's nothing special. However, it also permits the tranny to hold 1st gear.

Default I don't think it even does that. It just eliminates the economy feature that...

... puts the trans into second gear so soon in tip mode.

Default right, I should have been more specific, "holds 1st in tip mode", LOL.

thanx for clarifying
