Default transmission leak after curb hit and flood

2002 3.0 a6 with tiptronic.

I ran into a curb with front right tire. tire now sits back about an inch from the left one. also car flooded due to drain clogging it flooded passenger floor board and blow out transmission module. i am working on finding these parts, in the mean time its stuck in third gear. both these things happened a day apart (awesome) it has started leaking tranny fluid(a considerable amount) from above cooling lines (2) i think. it seems to be in the front of tranny. could this be caused from an axle seal or maybe high pressure from being stuck in 3rd.. it has P,R,N,3rd..f.y.i. also when tranny oil gets low it slips during sharp turns. wondering if it's most likely axle issues or tranny module.

+1 If it is getting low enough to cause tranny slip then you are just asking for a full rebuild by continuing to run it.

I assume that since you only have 3rd for forward gear then the tranny is in 'limp mode' correct? Have you tried trying to go straight to 'D' after starting and not stopping or even pausing at 'R'? Most times the tranny will go into limp mode when reverse is selected. On the other hand sense your TCU got wet it may do it in any gear. Try it and see, but if still leaks then stop driving until sorted.
