Treadwear Depth Differences

I just took my 2.7T in for an alignment and new tires today after discovering that my bad alignment had caused my tires to wear unevenly to the point where they needed replacement. My Audi dealership was very busy, so I decided to go to an independent tire shop instead. Left rear toe was off, as was right rear and right front camber. All four of my tires have different treadwear because of my misfortune with having to replace flats lately. Long story short, they decided that all I needed was two new front tires and sent me on my way. Now my front tires are brand new, my left rear is worn 4/32 and my right rear is worn 1/32. Is this causing excessive wear/stress on my center diff? Would it be advisable to just get all new tires, because in 10k miles, I will have two rear tires in need of replacement and two front tires that will only be half worn. I am running 235/45ZR17 Michelin PS2's, which wear extremely quickly. Any suggestions/comments?
