turbo hiss

turned the car off today and the turbos slowly hissed pretty loudly, bad?

you sure that wasn't a vacum leak from the ac / heater unit

turbos wouldn't his while the car is off

turbo cut off valves

My tech said: <<The turbo cut off valves are starting to get noisy, will have to be replaced if you notice lack of power.>>>

He also mentioned that I would hear hissing when accelerating.
Dealer quote about $360
