turn signals go out after one blink sometimes
I have a 2001 A6 2.8 AWD.. This just started where I put my turn signal on it will blink once then nothing. The lever is still in turning position. Then sometimes I dont have a problem and they work fine or it will blink once, studder for a blink then start blinking normal. Is their a relay or is this in the switch. How hard is the fix?

flasher unit in the dash... BTDT. easy enough, and cheap (~$26)
just do it on a warm day to help keep the plastic tabs that hold the dash section from breaking off. no worries.
