Get new rotors.... turning only fixes it for the short-term -
My dealer turned them twice - the second time they told me they had replaced the rotors and pads until I showed them the "pre-rusted" parts they must've used....
THe new rotors on the 3rd pass are fine so far...
It's a known issue and they should be fine with it.

This was recently discussed in Roundel
Turning rotors is a lost art, and even if someone can do it, it only prevents the rotors rewarping again for a short time. Plus it takes the rotors dangerously close to tolerances.
Their bottom line was, toss bad rotors and start over.
