In a word? Boring.
A fair amount of interesting things, but generally....boring, as they sometimes are. The mini iPod isn't really <i>all that</i>...nice but not as outright tiny as you might expect, and for a bit more dough I'd go for a bigger one with a lot more capacity.
Best cool factor item to me is the 20" iMac...dang big screen for that computer. Some okay software stuff, but the show was only about 3/4 of each of the North and South halls of Moscone Center...kinda small.
I did very well though, much discipline...I only bought a couple of books (about $75) and a 256MB flash "keychain" storage thingy for $50.

ahh I see...
the 20" iMac sounds pretty cool, but hard to lug around.
Vegas isn't going to be much better these coming few days (for the CES show)... headed there tomorrow to help & some R&R (read: craps table time!)
