It's the rare Klingon Cloaking Device option!

Only featured on a handful of Audis because, if improperly set, owners could not find the car in a parking lot. Dropped by the factory in mid-2000.

I'd vote that it's a radar/laser detector/jammer. Any manf. info in it?...

...Also, check for modules installed behind the grill w/ wires routed to it/them.
