Default What codes are you looking for? Have you seen this?

I found that particular article, but it was wrote in 2000, and I have a 2002 car do you know if they will still apply? I am really looking for the windows up/down with the remote. But wanted to see an entire list to see if there was any other "tricks" I could apply.

Default I can't verify that they'd work on a '02, but they did work on my '00.

If you have a VAG-Com you could try it. Just remember to write down the original coding, in case it doesn't work, you can return it to the factory specs.

I also re-coded the transmission module to the "sport" mode. It allows shifts at a higher rpm and a few other characteristics. If memory serves I think is it's "00032" for "sport mode" But again, these may/may not work w/your '02.

Maybe others will chime in to verify that fact.

Thanks for the info. If I don't hear from anybody else I will give it a try.

Default Well, just passing through, have to go back to Chatham soon...

just came up for this AM for my son's pre-K "orientation" session...of course, my car was lonely, so we took the A6 to the school...but climbing back into the Honda Pilot in 5 minutes and back to vacation. Looks like the board has been busy. I'll try to catch up at the end of the week.

Have a good drive to Maine next week. Sorry I will miss it, and I hope they get a good turnout for the drive.

Later!

With the advent of ODB II in 1996, DTCs are standardized w/ both a VAG code & a SAE P code.
