Default Valve Cover Removal 2.8 L ATQ

My impression of what I read in the manual is that the spark plugs are mounted to the head below the valve cover and that the valve cover can be removed while the plugs are still in place. I just want to confirm this before I use a plastic wedge to separate the cover from the head.

To answer your question. YES, you can remove the valve covers and replace your gaskets without having to remove your spark plugs!
