Default Volume too low with Nokia

I recently installed my Nokia phone using the existing wiring in the car and the suggestions found elsewhere on this site. In order not to drill any holes in my car, I actually installed the mute button on the bottom of the cradle itself. Works great. The OEM mike is indeed useless and had to be replaced. The question I have is that is there any way to increase the volume of the OEM speaker once the Nokia phone volume is all the way up? I do not think there is any way to control the volume from the head unit. Is there any other way to boost the signal from the phone? Some type of amp? Is this possible and has anyone tried this? If so, what did you use? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Did you try turning the volume up on the phone when it is in use?
