Default Fuel or HVAC?

In either case, you should clean it by installing a new one, unless you have no $$, in which case, use an air hose.

Default assuming you mean air intake for the engine...

you don't clean it, you replace it.
Its on the passenger side. The big black box with large diameter hoses coming in and out of it. There are 4 clips around the rectangular base. Its tought to talk through, but look for it..you can do it.

Default Its under the hood, in front of the windshield, beside the battery. Remove the cover

and you can't miss it

Nope, that's the cabin filter. The air filter is in the box next to the r. fender.

Default I replace mine at least once a year.

though I have a k&n now and I clean it every 6 months or less. I usually check the air filter to see how dirty it is visually and it's usually every year for my driving habits and environment.
