rotor methods, which is why i think i said 'or otherwise specially mfr'd' or something like that. and concur on slots cracking - all parties admit that ALL rotors crack, thing is that supposedly that solid and slotted rotors surface crack, while drilled rotors will *through* crack.
as i said, cryo might be a good method for treating drilled rotors, i just think laypeople should know that "drilled rotors are best" is not necessarily true.

also, limitedly concur on weather - that's why drilled rotors became defacto-std on MC's over the last 15 years - as you know, not only is weather more important to the rider, but your rotors are even more exposed and affected by it. on an auto, doubt if anyone could perceive a diff from slots...
