Warranty is ending in a month on 2001 A6 2.8
4 years has gone so fast...the new models are exciting and the engines are larger ...however, not sure I am ready to just trade in for a 2005 A6 3.2 ....What are my options in Canada for an extended warranty? Is it worth it? The car still seems new with 60k km (36 k miles).

Take it to a good Indy mechanic and pay to have the care gone through to find..
any problems that might not be apparent to you. This way you can have them addressed before the warranty runs out. I did this and my mechanic found a couple of oil leaks that were very minor and would have got worse and cost me big $. Don't trust the dealer to do this for you, it is worth the $100-150.
