try using P21....great stuff..but have to order it..can't get it just anywhere....they make a great wheel cleaner as well...gets the brake dust off without much effort.

the easiest to apply and remove. So long as you have a good base of glaze, it produces very good results. No white powdery residue, goes on very thin, and wipes off with little effort. Doesn't smear easily.

On newer cars with paint that is still in relatively good condition, it might make sense though.
I wax too often to be concerned about how long a product lasts ;-)

my new RS6 came with tons of scratches from the DEALER....so had to use 3M hand glaze first to get rid of them..before we could wax...the car was only there a couple of weeks before we bought it so was surprised to see how poorly they treated the paint.

The wash wheels and roofs all at the same time. Should a cloth drop to the ground, they just pick it up, rinse it out, and keep going. Used to drive me absolutely nuts! My best customers got their cars detailed at a nearby detail shop prior to delivery, rather than have the dealer lot porters get near it. If the car had scratches from being on the lot and being washed there, I paid to have the scratches removed.
It sucks. Most dealers just can't afford to hire proper detailers to look after the cars. That would cost 10 times or more than they pay now.

that would have been ok but I flew 1,000 miles to pick the car up and turn around and drove home so didn't have the time to have them "fix" their abuse. This was a big dealer so they had their "own" detail people...go figure..I did let them know how unhappy I was with their lack of proper care..also noticed other cars while there had the same treatment as mine.
