first of all... the door blade i got in the mail from Shokan still has the broken off screw in the hole... WTF? now i have to go out and buy an easy out or drill the damn thing out and risk fvcking up the threads inside... this seems a little ridiculous. i knew i was buying a used part so the scratches and chips in the paint, which there are many of, are fine with me (my car has 115K miles anyway so it will fit right in) but to leave a broken off screw in the hole seems like they just didnt give a **** and sent it out anyway...
also, in attempting to remove the door blade from my car i managed to break the head off of one screw and strip the other... any suggestions on how to approach this? TIA

the blade i got from Shokan has one screw still in it, with the head sheered off. and on my car one has the head sheered off and the other i might be able to get out by cutting a flat-head slot...

usually when a screw is sheared, it is jammed. so soaking it in something first will help loosen it up.
