...I think the seat position code was from when I took the seat out. The left vent code; I prolly left a harness unplugged when I did the dash swap. I'm gonna assume the AC pressure switch is because the system isnt charged.

The belt tensioner and the MAF may require replacement. I cleared the codes and only the pretensioner one came back. I had cleared the Maf code 3 times already..I bet it will come back in time. Ill check it according to the Bentley, and then likely order a reman'd one from ECS.

More to come tomorrow, now if I can only find a local place that sells claybars..cripes!

Default www.ross-tech.com for answers!! :)

It essentially mimics the software/hardware the dealerships use to diagnose, code, and modify all the logic components in the VAG vehicles (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, & maybe others).
You don't NEED a laptop, but the cable they supply is about 5 feet long and it needs to plug into the OBD port in the driver's footwell and the computer running the program. They have USB/serial cables...the serial can be extended with...extension cord, or you can hump the desktop out to the garage! :P <ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com">http://www.ross-tech.com</a</li></ul>
