Default Re: What could realistically happen to my A6 to justify Extended Warranty

I own a 2000 A6 Avant with 41K miles on it. I got it with Audi Assured and have had the following problems with it -
1. Faulty air bags(and sensors) that took forever
to diagnose and fix since the warnings came up
at random.
2. Nav system failed entirely. Replaced. Each
unit costs $1200
3. Antenna connections failed. Replaced.
4. Window switch failed
5. Window tracks/guides needed replacement
6. Instrument cluster is in the process of
fading but dealer won't accept it yet. Will
need replacement for sure.

From my experience, I'd say that the electronic
stuff alone will make the warranty worthwhile -
a lot of labor because it's hard to find.

I'm dumping the car right before the Assured runs
out since I live in CA and can't find any
extended warranties for CA.
