What is the difference between the Quattro Club and the AudiCarClub or are they the same?

They seem to be unfamiliar with their membership...
I belong to the Quattro club but got an invite to join the Audi car club. The only give away that it was the same is that the name of the publication is the same... I hope they get their act together soon.
