Dont buy the cheap brakes from Autozone. I would get the brakes from the dealer and take them to the shop or change them yourself, I took my to 2 shops and they useed the cheap a$$ brake pads and just twisted the sensor wires together so the light would go off.

Just had the same message, had to consult with the manual to find it was brakes. My pads were fine but the front and rear rotors were getting close to minimum tolerances. This is the second set of front rotors in 60,000 miles. First set covered under warranty this one is not. Since I had to replace the front and rear rotors and pads, the bill came to $1,550. Service guy said 4.2 rotors are outrageously expensive. Guess he was right.

I dont think so, I dont think they cover normal wear items. With new factory pads and labor it cost me like $200, but I didnt need new rotors
