Default First Audi left the factory in July, 1910.

Audi is a lot older than Auto Union

Was that yellow one it? What car was it in 1910? Was it actually called Audi then?

Default no idea about what color it was but

yes it was called Audi in 1910. Company was originally foundedby August Horch in 1899 (first car was in 1901 I believe). Horch lost control of his company in 1909 and founded another car company but was not allowed to use his name (since his previous company bore that name already). So, the new company was named Audi (Latin translation of Horch, to hark).
