At what year did LATcH become available for the A6

I don't know what year they started putting them in as standard but...
It is a retro-fit that they will put in your car at no charge. I have a 99 sedan that I just had the lower LATCH system put in before Christmas. Search the archives, there is all kind of info.

Al the C5's are predrilled, but the holes may be covered with tape.
It's a free install p/l but the dealer may have to order the brackets ahead. I'm not sure about the deal on the top shelf LATCH bracket.
