Who makes super bright white H7U foglight bulbs? PIAA does'nt list on web!

Try nextcollection.com or boydsmotorsports.com for lighting.
I got my fogs from nextcollection (H7 Xtreme White) or talk to Jeremy at Boyd's and he might be able to point you in the right direction. I ordered Cuzo and Polarg bulbs for my interior from him. Much "cooler" white light, not as yellow and it is like the difference between "warm white" and "cool white" flor. tubes in offices.

You can get more lumens out of the same wattage...
using different bulb technologies. What the marketing people do is use incandescent as the standard and mix terms when trying to claim equivalence.
In other words, you can get the same lumens out of a 55 watt halogen as you can out of an 85 watt incandescent.
Then there is the whole discussion about the different colors...
