why does my radio change up .2 on start up????

Default why does my radio change up .2 on start up????

lets say I was listening to 100.9 when I start my car it'll be on 100.1 on start.

Default Probably static electricity or a electric spike (similar to static discharge).

The reson could be almost anything from a loose wire to a cracked conection on the circuite board.

Fix is probably a new radio but try reseating the conections in the back of the radio.

Default Mine did the same after installing the PBox...a recent PBox firmware upgrade cured it.

Default Station drift

This is a known problem on the 2000 and 2001 Symphony radios. The only solution is a replacement.
