Default Will 2006 TT Wheels fit on a 2003 Audi A6... (more info)

I'm thinking of upgrading the wheels & tires from my 2003 Audi A6 3.0 from the stock 16" and found a potential deal for someone with the stock 18" wheels from a 2006 model Audi TT. Anyone know if this will be a direct fit or if there will be any potential issues with clearing brakes or suspension components?

SPECS on the TT wheels:
18 x 9"
5 x 112 Bolt Pattern
52ET offset
(I think they are the same as these wheels: http://www.euroaddiction.net/classif...ate=1263439694)

I appreciate any advice here, looking to make the purchase soon if possible.

thank you!

Offset sounds WAY too high. Stock offset for 2.7T five-spokes was ET45, and that's with significant anti-poke.

Good to know it *can* be done, thanks you guys! So does this mean I need 4 spacers in total or just front/rear? Any particular vendor is best for spacers? Thanks for the help I appreciate it!

Actually, now that I think about it, aren't TT wheels 5x100? Why don't you trade me those for some 19x8s?

Well from what I gather, the newer TTs (maybe 2006+) have 5x112 bolt pattern... though I'm not 100% on this but a few sites I found made it sounds like that was the case...

Yes, the MKII TT had/has 5 x 112 hubs.
