After doing much STFA my head hurts. Some are saying that post-facelift HID headlights are shared between V6 and V8 platforms. Some are saying don't bother, they won't fit. I'm looking to replace a passenger headlight on my S6 and cannot find any from a 4.2L on a used market. Can I use a post-facelift A6 V6 headlight in an S6?

The 2000+ 4.2 and 2002+ 3.0 / 2.7T / S6 all share the same headlight housings. check if halogen or xenon to match yours.

Does anybody have a 2002+ xenon housing sitting around (passenger side)?
