Will aa box ECU work on my K box car? ...
My car have a 2000 K box.
I fround this 2001 AA Box ECU on eBay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7919170775&fro mMakeTrack=true
Will it work on my car?
What do I need to do to swap the ECU?
Should there be anything comes with the ECU like an encrypt board and wires? Thanks you.

First off Its an A box for an Automatic. (AA)
Yours is a manual.
The K box is 11 generations or programming and circutry behind your box.
Now I think you can answer your own question.

I think AA boxes are cross compatible with most 2001 and up (immobilizer)
Don't think pre-immobilzer and immobilizer cars can share boxes. Cars with the immobilizer will need the codes from the original box cloned by the tuner.
It usually comes just as a silver metal box containing the board, and nothing else.
If you're looking to "fool" the dealer, then the part number series had better match. Even then....
