Default will the following offset fit my 2001 2.7T auto

8JX18H2 5/112 ET48 (A8 Alloys)?

Will I need spacers?

the 48 offset is a bit much....might fit with spacers

Spacers, definitely! I might be selling my 15mm H&Rs....if intersted.

the wheels are from an Audi S8..(2000 model) which has the following
5 x112 pcd and a offset of 48mm
