Default You will if you need spacers, or if the wheel requires a cone-seat lug.
which replica wheel, who makes it? OEM wheels take ball-seat lugs.

I don't think that I will...RS4 18"x8.5" 5x112 et35 should fit my 2000 2.7T and clear the brakes...

Default Most replicas will need a cone seat vs. OE ball seat. And is the replica wheel thicker ....
under the bolt head? Need to Measure for 6-7 turns of the bolt.
