Default Window motor headache

I have a 1998 A6. I went to use my passenger side window and it went up very very slow. I then put it down again and tried it again this time it went up really slow and then stoped and went back down. To get the window up, as it is going up and about to die out I let off an the window switch and then start it again. Is this the motor? Also can some one direct me to where it shows and/or tells me how to get the inside door panel off. Thanks so much!
