Default I like the Dunlop Wintersport M3s very well

Very good on snow and ice, and handle just as well on dry roads. Great in rainy conditions. Quiet on the highway too. Do a search and alot will come up on these tires.

They handle lake effect storms in my parts with ease (2+ ft).

Default This statement is not true on an incline with ice on the road.

I don't think dubitup was factoring technicalities. I think he meant his words to reflect his excitement toward the issue. Your statement is situationally dependent, and technically incorrect.

Ditto on the M3's. I love them and they're quite good on dry for a winter tire.
