IIRC, there are fitment issues.
You'll need to change the face.

I have Symphony 2 in my S4, and I think that Symphony 1 was better, if that is what you would be getting out of. The "hidden EQ" settings are not available on S2, so you can't get as much punch out of it as you could by fine-tuning the S1 system. The Sat and in-dash changer are the only things better about S2, and you can add those to S1 and retain sound quality. Just my opinion having owned both.
