No verry little. It comes with ...

A variety of camera mounts. Hama is very versatile and can hold a lot !

Problem with the Hama Mount is ...
that you shoudnt mount it on tinted windows because the film can lift off. The other problem is that a lot of places that organize track events wont let you use the Hama because its unsafe.
