Default What?

So I was poking around after reading these posts, I have a 2007 A6 and would love to do this. Pretty soon I had stumbled on this site:

http://reviews.turbometal.com/audi-a...l-01-02-03-04/

And immediately saw a car that I recognized. They don't sell this style of light, but Ciefro I don't know if you're cool with them using your car for advertising. Just thought you should know.

Also I would very much like to know how close the fit is between those headlights and some of the older models and what exactly would need to be done to make them work fully.

Default I found solution for retrofit A6 headlights

I used this website to do my retrofit: http://www.audiled.eu. My new headlights work with no problems. I didn't have to buy new power module or any wires. I just took off my old headlights and installed their sets and that's it. Every thing works perfectly, dimming ets.
No stres, no problems. Very recommende by me.

Those look like the RS6 headlights which is exactly what I want. Are they also adaptive?

If you had adaptive before they are adaptive also. I had normal halogen headlight so I had to put autoleveling system in my car and module for it.

Do you need auto-leveling kit when you install bi-xenon from halogen. Is it possible to restore manual leveling if you use pin 1 and pin 2 on the T10 plug on the car for the headlight?

I heard that it is necessary to have auto-leveling system when you use bi-xenon headlights in car. That's why I put it.

If I install your xenon adapter for A6 4F, pins for the motors are not connected. After recoding of the bordnetz for bi-xenon, is it possible to connect these wires to the motors and continue to have manual leveling.
I see that manual leveling switch with 0-1-2-3 on it, has permament + from wiring harness, so this means that after recoding there will be control, + and ground. Anyone of you tested it?

Well, I am ready with the install of the bi-xenon headlights. Pins 1,2,3 from T10 plug should be connected to 1,2 and 3 pins of T14 plug and you will have manual leveling. The only problem now is that I still have bordnetz that is not aware of xenon, and low beam lights are switched off automatically after 5-10mins.

Default 2009 Xenon headlight non-leveling bulb size?

I have a 2007 Audi A6 with standard Halogen lights. I purchased 09 non-leveling Xenon lights with LEDs on ebay and I was going to order an HID conversion kit for my 2007. I have not received the headlights yet and want to order the conversion kit, but not sure what size bulb I should order. How do I find out what size to order?

Thanks,
Terry
