doesn't say if he went to his dealer. I'm sure they have plenty of cargo nets that they would give him.
Regarding the "Storage Package"...there is an actual storage bin under the seat, so they may have made a mid-yr design change, but the storage compartment is still there. He'd have a bit more of an argument if there was no storage at all under the seat.
So, his "lawsuit" is for a cargo net....if we all cough up a buck, we can buy him one!
Or he can get one for little or no money from BD as offered below.

How do you expect anyone to take you seriously by even mentioning a lawsuit over a missing cargo net?
The storage package is still there, they changed it from a drawer to flip down door - big deal. The storage package includes other things as well btw, like the little net in the passenger foot area, the two cup holders in the rear, and the nets behind the front seats (as listed on the German Audi website).
So, your case is now that you didn't get the cargo net. This may well have been in the vehicle and taken out by someone at the dealership for whatever reason, at which point Audi isn't responsible at all.
Get over yourself - enjoy the car and don't get into a tantrum over these insignificant things. I'm sure if you had approached someone at the dealership nicely about the cargo net, you would have one already - threatening a lawsuit over any of the items you mentioned make you look like a spoiled little 5 year old.

and unless AoA delivered this car to his house without a dealer involved, then it's the dealer's job during PDI to make sure the net is there, and the salesperson's job to double check at the time of delivery. AoA will supply a net to the dealer if missing at the time of PDI.
As for the under-seat storage, there must be a reason why the slider type was not used. It costs money to change things, so they aren't going to do it without a reason. The question is, who has the slider type, and who has the flip open type? Has anybody had any problems with the slider?

well in advance of the final spec of the cars being decided. Otherwise brochures would show up 6 months into a model year.

he doesn't deny it, he only replies to me "are you jealous because all you have is an A4...."
he says this AFTER the thread has been deleted so i think he felt safe admitting it
but april or another mod could definitly pull up the post..
he's trolling
you should have seen his spelling and grammar in the deleted threads....
there's no way this poster is out of high school, much less your avg. demographic for an owner of a brand new A6
MODS ..... can u hook up a link or even a screen-shot pic of the comment i'm talking about...
personally, i think it seals the deal on the question of "is this a troll or not"
