My S6 just came out of the Dealership for 75000 mi service.
I have yet to double check the Manual about 75000 mi procedure ...such as Timing belt, etc.
Needless to say the car is beyond Audi Warranty.
Here are my questions:
Any hints for reputable "Independents" in the Charleston SC area?

Here are my questions:
- What ARE the AUDI 75000 mi Service "ACTIONS"
- Who are reputable "aftermarket" suppliers?
- Oil
- Filters
- Pollen Filter
- Etc

1. use OEM parts. "aftermarket" filter would save you literally $10.
2. in addition to the items listed in your car manual you should consider changing AT fluid.
3. I also would replace power steering and break fluid.

They should be able to tell you when the timing belt needs to be replaced and what the costs are going to be ball park. I like my service department as they will always quote high so I am relieved when it is lower. ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
As to the aftermarket items, that is something I have no idea about. I take my car to the dealer because I can afford it and have peace of mind that it was done right the first time around. Should a warranty issue arrive they haver all the proof they need that the work was completed and done correctly..

looking at the Normal service table, 75k is really nothing. Air filter, Cabin filter, Oil change. I would strongly recommend a transmission fluid service with a new filter. ZF the transmission manufacture says every 40-60k miles depending on severe or light use, Which most of us do severe. And Audi wants your car to look maintenance free, so they know the trans will last warranty at least. So they dont list a fluid change interval.
