What is the right price for an untitled 08 ? It's very loaded, premium, nav, sport, cold weather, tech packages. Dealer wants in mid-4s. Says car was stickerd at 56K or so. I cannot get a true price on Edmunds or KBB because they only list used cars for 08s. The dealer will not budge and will not consider an untitle car a used car. Thanks in advance for input.

Thanks. We'll see where it goes. My concern is that the dealer wants me to take the hit on the instant depreciation when it leaves his lot because Kelly Blue Book has a "used" car price of $4K less (and that was assuming no miles on the car).

I got a 2008 A6 "leftover" back at the end of March, not too different from the one you're describing, and I paid $42k on a car with a $58k sticker / $53k with the "value enhancement package."
I also could not find relevant pricing data, but I did some research. I started by using Edmunds/KBB to give me a retail price on a used A6 with 0 miles and with all the options ticked and came up with a figure of about $40k. I bounced that against the formula that average depreciation within the first year would be about 20-25%, and used that to make my offer. Actual depreciation for Audis is probably a little higher, but eh... If you're concerned about depreciation, I would suggest you consider how long you plan to keep the car... if you're keeping it for several years, it probably makes less difference that you're behind the curve on depreciation and you can take advantage of good pricing.
I'm happy with my decision, good luck making yours.
