Default 2009 Avant - rear seat 12V outlet not working

Front cig lighter works.
I added a fuse in the passenger side fuse panel to get the 12V outlet for the front seats working.
Cargo area 12V outlet works (fuse in passenger side trunk area)
Rear heated seats work.
I cannot find where the fuse for the rear seats 12V outlet is listed. I've tried multiple devices that all light up when powered both car off and car running, so I have to believe it's the outlet itself.

Dug around again, read through the fuse diagram in the manual for the 5th time and found it. #12 (top) in the black panel in the trunk is for the rear seat cigarette lighter. #5 in the black panel is for the trunk's power outlet.

Thanks!
